This month, I received my vegan swap box from Sarah at Bed Stuy Vegan. She sent me some great stuff - Crisproot casava chips, MuMu Muesli, wasabe edamame, and two Two Moms in the Raw bars. Everything here was absolutely delicious. Sarah has some excellent taste in snack foods!

I had the two raw bars for breakfast on a couple of rushed mornings. They were lightly sweetened, the nuts remained crunchy in the bar, and the fruit was a great compliment (not overwhelming).
I think this is the first time I've had legitimate muesli, but I really liked it. I expected it to be more like granola, but as far as I can tell it's unbaked granola. I had some cold, and I think it'd be very good warm, too, like regular oatmeal.
And, of course, wasabi edamame are always delicious!
If you haven't heard of Vegan Swap, and you want to get involved, head over to the sign-up page. It's super easy - you just collect a box of some delicious vegan goodies and mail them out about mid-month! You really don't even have to be vegan to participate - just enjoy sending and receiving some delicious vegan goodies.
These snacks look great! I just signed up for the August swap. Can't wait to participate.
