May Vegan Swap Results

Sorry for a long silence .. I would say that I've been crazy busy, but it would be more true to just say that I'm lazy.  C'est la vie.  The May Vegan Swap finally gave me a great reason to make my triumphant return!  I missed the first Vegan Swap last month, but I signed up as soon as I heard about it.  I received an excellent package from Melissa at Vegan Fling.

Here, you can see the contents of my package: purple jasmine rice blend, Colorado mountain raspberry jam, Annie Chun's seaweed snacks, Lenny and Larry's peanut butter complete cookie, three types of Justin's nut butter (almond, maple-almond, and chocolate hazelnut), and Bare Fruit dried mango.  I also included the card she sent, because I love the stationary! It's super cute and fun -- Plus, she put a great, sparkly cupcake sticker inside. Score!

I'm already super excited for next month's swap.  And my favorite part of the swap is finding great new blogs to enjoy.  If you've never looked through Vegan Fling, I suggest you check it out -- I especially love the photography and the Friday Flashbacks.  I sent a package to Molly at Vegan Princess in an Omni Kingdom. I don't have a picture of the things I sent her, but you should be able to see all the goods at her place soon!

If you haven't heard of Vegan Swap, and you want to get involved, head over to the sign-up page. It's super easy - you just collect a box of some delicious vegan goodies and mail them out about mid-month!  You really don't even have to be vegan to participate - just enjoy sending and receiving some delicious vegan goodies.

    1. You should think about signing up .. It might be trickier with your diet, but you can describe the (vegan) things you eat to your swap partner and see what happens!

    1. You're only seeing about half of it .. probably less, when I think about the books that are strewn about the place. I may have a problem .. but they're all so pretty!

    1. You should definitely do it! It's almost as much fun picking out things to send off as it is to get a surprise package!
